Deep Tissue Muscle Roller

My physical therapist recommended to get this to help with my muscle pain. It helps. It’s lightweight and good addition to my home workout items.

This is a must have for someone with chronic widespread pain. I have fibromyalgia and my muscles get rock hard and hurt terribly. My husband rolls this on my calves and all over and can work out all the knots. I do not feel sore the next day like I would with a finger massage.

Now in my mid-50's I've noticed over the years that after a run and leg workout I seem to suffer less days afterwards if i foam roll w stretching. Unfortunately the many varieties of foam rollers i have purchased, none have been able to rid my legs of the knots in my quads. I've used this a few times now and i believe it is working great on ridding me of the balls of muscle tissue in my legs.

This product has been amazing to deal with the issues that I have been having lately. A foam roller to try to relieve the tightness in my quads just isn't enough anymore because I can't apply the amount of pressure that I want to apply comfortably. However, with this roller stick, I can do just that and it has been amazing. My knees have been hurting a lot, especially when I squat, and I figured it was because of my tight quads pulling on my knee caps, that this was hurting. After a couple days of using this product, the pain was reduced and eventually, the pain went away! This is definitely a good product to get if you are in need of a roller stick. I also really like the texture of the roller stick because I think it does a good job really rolling out the muscle that is targeted.

This thing is no joke! I’ve had it for a while now.It hasn’t worn out and still targets the hardest to reach muscles, especially in the legs! Highly recommend
