If you have questions on tracking with your order, please look up the day you first received the tracking. If the 15-20 business days have past and you still don't have the order then please contact us and we'll look into this for you.

Please don't be concerned if your tracking doesn't update for a long period of time. We don't know what is happening on tracking, but have had a ton of customers receive their shipments within the time period mentioned above with tracking not updating once... All we can ask is for your patience.
