Canceling An Order?

Orders may be canceled within 24hrs of placing only if they have not been processed and shipped. After they have been processed they may not be canceled.

How Long Does The Order Processing Take?

Orders normally take up to 24-48 hours to process – excluding weekends and holidays.  During Holiday seasons, processing times may take longer due to high order volume. Some circumstances my take up to 72hrs depending on high volume of orders needing to be processed, but we will get your order out.

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the US.

International shipping ranges up to $14.76 depending on orders and quantity.  Free shipping over $150

How Long Is The Shipping Time?

Shipping time to the US: 3 – 8 Business days
Shipping time to other countries: 8 - 20 Business days

There are circumstances that are out of our control such as customs and security checks, natural disasters, holidays, and weather.  These may cause shipping delays.  While most of the packages will arrive on time, there may be some that experience these delays.  For this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time.

Will I Receive A Tracking Number To Track My Order?

Yes, you will receive an email for shipment confirmation and the tracking # for you to track the process as soon as the order has been shipped.  It may take a couple days for any tracking information to show.

Note: If you ordered multiple items you may receive multiple tracking #'s as we work with many dealers and your items may come from several different dealers.  You can use the Track Orders (Order Lookup) on the site to also view your orders tracking #'s and status 

I Haven’t Received A Tracking # Yet?

Please check your spam folder to see if your tracking email is in there.  If you still can’t find it you can simply contact us here and we’ll send this to you asap.

I Haven’t Received A Confirmation Email After Placing The Order, What Should I Do?

Please make sure your email is correct when you place the order with us.  Kindly check you SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email is in there.  If you still can’t find the confirmation email, simply contact our support team here and we’ll send it out to you.

What Happens If I’m Not Home When My Item Is Delivered?

Usually, you’ll be left a collection slip if nobody was at home during delivery, so you can collect your parcel at your nearest post office.

I Received A Small International Charge On My Credit Card. What Is This For?

This is not a charge you will get from JStonewell.com but a charge your bank is giving you for placing an order with an International Store.  JStonewell.com is a Canadian based store, however we ship orders worldwide.  You may want to talk to your bank on the charge.
