Recommendationson Using the Facial Steamer:

• Recommended Distance between your face and the nozzle: 20-25cm (oily skin), 30-35cm (dry skin), 25-30cm (neutral or mixed skin), or 35cm (sensitive skin)
• Recommended Frequency of use: 2-3 times per week

How to use?

1. Place the device onto the support stably.
2. Check if the seal for the hot water cup has been tightened up.
3. Fill water from the water-filling opening until the water level gets close to the high limit for water filling.
4. Switch on power.
5. Press the push-button on the operating panel to heat the device or press bactericidal button.
6. Please drain all the water out of the water cup when the device is not used for a long time. Do not place the device upside down or tilt it when it is in operation.

3. Clean the water cup frequently, and the power supply plug must be unplugged before the water cup is removed.

1. For a new steamer, use TAP WATER instead of distilled water (it does not have to be used later, especially the first time). In addition, add a little salt to the bottle to allow the instrument to detect the electrolyte.

2. The water level is too high/too low. The water level should not be below the lowest line or above the highest line. Half of the maximum line is the most suitable level recommended.

3. A) If the cup produces a lot of bubbles and reaches the Max line. B) The spots of Max line may also be stained by the water itself or the water inside is very turbid. All of this will make the steamer believe that there is too much water and prevent hot water from splashing and hurting people.

Solution: Clean the cup thoroughly, replace it with water, then add some vinegar to the cup and heat it for 3-5 minutes. In this way, the cup will be properly cleaned.

4. Too much scale on the heating pipe.

Solution: Wipe and clean the heating tube. Only use tap water to clean heating tube, and the top water touch area. Be careful not to add vinegar or any detergent to clean.

5. Do not add essential oils into the cup during use. Do not add something other than water into the cup.
