Takes a little practice

Through a little trial and error I’m starting to get the hang of it. There’s a definite learning curve when using this type of oven but when you get a perfect pizza out it’s worth it.

Great little oven

Easy to assemble and well constructed. There is a little learning curve when making several pizzas in order to keep flames roaring. Follow suggested heat up time rotate pizza as suggested they don’t take long to cook, add pellets with each subsequent pizza., Great tasting pizza great product for the price.

Great little pizza oven

Have wanted to get a wood fire pizza oven for a while. This is a great starter. It's a small unit, easy to put together and move. If you're familiar with charcoal or pellet cooking you'll find this easy to use and maintain. The first pizza we made came out perfect and we haven't had trouble yet!

Nice Oven

Made 5 12-inch pizzas and was pretty successful. I read the reviews. I learned. I rotated the pizza about every 10 to 15 seconds. I added pellets frequently. It was tasty. I presume I'll get better with practice. I'm happy with this purchase. Kids are fascinated by the flames and the speed of finishing the pizza. About 2 minutes tops. Can't wait to try a sirloin or ribeye!

Wood fired pizza in 2 minutes that tastes just like your favorite restaurant

Love this pizza oven. Only complaint is that the process of baking is a little tricky. Prep your dough in advance on parchment so that you can keep the pizza moving along. You need someone manning the pizza (slide pizza inside, turn at one minute, pull after two minutes), another person keeping the oven fueled with pellets, and a third in the kitchen prepping. The oven burns through pellets quickly. For six pizzas, we used about a quart of pellets. I used a simple dough recipe with 3/4 double zero flour and 1/4 all purpose. Kneaded in the stand mixer. It was perfect - a nice crunch on the exterior and chewy on the inside. Don’t use too many toppings, as it will weigh the crust down.
