Literally the best product! I love mine

I use this almost every day for pain relief from weight lifting and exercise. It friggin works! I love the head pillow! This product eliminates my head neck and back tension. I recommend laying anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. Just don't fall asleep on it Lol. Did that a few times and it peeled off my back like velcro. Don't be a wuss these are great!!!!! Highly recommend.

The mat does it’s job of little pricks to the back. I would definitely not lay down on without a shirt. Relaxing. I am not using the pillow as I didn’t enjoy the little pricks to my head. I use a neck foam contour pillow when using.

Helps me unwind.

I was apprehensive at first because I’m unsure about acupuncture but this is awesome. After a long day of sitting in a chair for work, it helps to lie down on this mat.
